RM 03803.061 Processing Notices of Transfer of Earnings Discrepancy Cases by Field Offices

  1. A. 

    Using the electronic control system, ascertain if there is a folder in the diary file.

  2. B. 

    If a folder is in file, associate it with the respective transfer notice and forward to a claims technician.

  3. C. 

    If a folder is not in file, annotate the transfer notice and forward it to a Claims Technician.
