GN 03316.060 Disclosure Without Consent to State Social Security Administrators
Under section 218 of the Social Security Act (Act) (42 U.S.C. § 418), a State may request the Commissioner
of Social Security to enter into an agreement to extend Federal old-age, survivors,
disability, and health insurance coverage to groups of employees of the State and
its political subdivisions. We may disclose relevant non-tax return information, for
the administration of agreements pursuant to section 218 of the Act, from the following
systems of records only:

60-0320—Electronic Disability (eDib) Claim File.
