DI 80630.030 Forwarding Evidence

    Forward any medical evidence to the appropriate DDS if the claim in pending in the DDS.

    Forward any medical evidence to the appropriate ODAR office if the claim is pending in ODAR.

  • •

    If the claim has been adjudicated, handle trailer material per your existing instructions.

  • •

    Forward any non-medical evidence, based on existing procedures in your PC, for placement in the MDF (since the paper folder is currently the official folder).
