RM 05101.013 Keypunching Control Cards

1. A. 

   Receive blocks (50 forms per block) of Forms I-131, Application for Issuance or Extension of Permit to Re-enter the U.S. from the SSI Operations Branch, DRO, under cover of route slip referring to this section of procedure.

2. B. 

   Keypunch a control card, using punchcard Form 7530-000-0229 (Formerly OAR-1060), for each
   I-131 as shown below.

1. C. 

   Verify 100 percent to insure an accurate and complete product. The punched control cards should be associated, by block number, with the related Forms I-131.

2. D. 

   Return the forms and control cards to the Division of Registration Operations, SSI Operations Branch, Payment Records Data Section, Assembly and Control Unit under cover of a route slip.
