1. A. 

   Receive Forms I-157, Notice of Deportation, from the Immigration and Naturalization Service.

2. B. 

   Date stamp each I-157 in the space available on the reverse side of the form.

3. C. 

   Maintain a register to record the following counts on a calendar year basis:

   1. 1. 

      Number of Forms I-157 received

   2. 2. 

      Total with SSN's

   3. 3. 

      Total without SSN's.

4. D. 

   In January of each year, prepare a report for the preceding calendar year furnishing the information outlined in paragraph C. above. Send the report to the Division of Claims and Control, Pre-Claims Branch.
