GN 00307.005 Role of FSPs - Process

FSPs assist in the development of claims and the evaluation of evidence.

Claims-taking FSPs will:

• •

  examine all evidence submitted through them in light of their knowledge of the recordkeeping systems and practices in the country;

• •

  call irregularities to SSA's attention; and

• •

  resolve any discrepancies.
