When a person with disability receiving direct payment of Title II benefit is currently working or is now able to work, you may need to conduct a work continuing disability review (CDR). For current information on handling events that require a work CDR, please refer to DI 13010.010.

Refer the folder to the Disability Examiner (DE) in the appropriate program service center (PSC) after all other actions are taken, including the release of post adjudicative notices.

Do not refer if the folder contains Form SSA-833-U3 (Cessation or Continuance of Disability), or Form SSA-899-U2 (Continuing Disability Review) prepared within the previous 4 weeks reflecting the change, or if a Childhood Disability Beneficiary (CDB) will attain age 62 or a surviving spouse with disability will attain age 60 by the time all other actions are completed.
