DI 28030.025 Simultaneous Development in Work Activity Situations

 

If the disability determination services (DDS) discovers new work activity during development of a case, and this activity is not likely to result in a cessation but the work issue needs clarification, the DDS should refer the work issue to the field office for resolution, but retain the folder and continue development. For information on assistance requests, see DI 28030.015B.
