Effective 7/1/88, the Federal payment to recipients in Federal living arrangement
code D was increased from $25 to $30 for an individual and from $50 to $60 for a couple.
States that supplement D cases are required to pass along the Federal increase to
recipients.
SSA currently administers an optional State supplementary payment to residents of
Federal living arrangement D on behalf of the following States:
