Evidence of age for separated or deceased Federal Government civilian employees is usually available on their official personnel
            records that the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) maintains. Request age information
            through the appropriate FO, and include the following information about the claimant
            in the request:

                     Most recent Federal employer (including the Department or Bureau and the Agency involved,

                     The most recent dates of Federal employment.
