Prepare a diary when information is requested from a Dutch agency.

Diary initial requests and follow-up requests for 60 days.

1st and 2nd follow- up conducted by DIO Benefit Earnings Technician (BET.)

3rd follow-up routed by DIO BET to DIO Deputy Module Manager to contact Foreign Service Post (FSP) for assistance.

4th follow up routed by DIO BET to DIO Module Manager to contact FSP Supervisor.

After 4th follow up DIO Module Manager should route to DIO Management Program Analyst/Deputy Division Director/Division Director to contact Regional Federal Benefits Officer for assistance.
