Submit reports of new contracts within 30 days of the date they are awarded. Exclude:

contracts for services and functions described in DI 39542.015; and

•
contracts for indirect services by another agency of the State.
Show
in the report of each contract the following:

name and address
of the contractor;

•
work
the contractor performs;
-
•
duration
of the contract including renewal options;
