DI 39554.800 Monthly Status Report -- DDS

If the DDS has any current audit activity it is required to furnish NDD (National Disability Determinations) with a monthly audit status report. Current activity begins with the scheduling of an audit and continues until the final resolution and implementation of every recommendation.
