We may disclose certain non-tax information, including verification of Social Security
Numbers (SSN), to State and local agencies to determine entitlement to and eligibility
for services they provide to disabled, blind, or visually impaired children. These
disclosures assist the State and local agencies in providing rehabilitation services
for Title XVI recipients under provisions of section 1615 of the Social Security Act. The agency’s health maintenance and income maintenance
routine use, cited in a number of our systems of records, permits disclosure without
consent. The systems of records include, but are not limited to the following:
