If the address of the person to be contacted is at an APO or FPO not listed in Part C of the Service Area Directory. If the person to be contacted is at a reception center or basic training center, write directly to the addressee or ask the resident claimant to write for the information. For all other military address contacts (and in unusual situations requiring contact with a person at a reception center or basic training center), send an SSA-562-U3 to the servicing DO for contact.
