In Italy, Italian benefits are paid every 2 months through the Bank of Naples in Rome.
For beneficiaries in the United States and Canada, Italian benefits are paid every
4 months through the Bank of Naples in New York. The payment represents benefits for
the two prior months and the two succeeding months.
When an allegation of nonreceipt of Italian benefits is received advise the inquirer
to contact the bank that has been issuing the checks. If no checks have been received
or if contact with the bank does not resolve the problem, advise the inquirer to correspond
