The TSCs A1, A2, A3, E2, and E3 reflect totalization payments and we must post them to the Master Beneficiary Record (MBR) along with the appropriate TCC. Claims Authorizers are responsible for determining the TSCs. However, if the TSC is not present on the MBR, he or she should route the case to a Benefit Authorizer for the necessary action.

The TSCs are available via the Totalization Data Collection Program e4962. These codes show the status of or the decision on U.S. totalization claims.

The following is a list of the TSCs:
