When claims are filed in France, do not prepare a package to request a French coverage
record or to inform the Center for Social Security for Migrant Workers about a claim
for French benefits, unless the FSP or liaison agency erred in processing the claim.
Prepare claim packages to respond to requests from a French agency. When a French
agency requests information from DIO, include the following in the claim package:

Material requested by the French agency. However, do not send the claimant a Medical Report Form (SE 404-4) if France requests medical evidence
from DIO files and no pertinent medical evidence exists in DIO.
