RS 00615.696 Dual Entitlement Primary Rate with DRC Exceeds Auxiliary or Survivor Benefit

PROCEDURE

1. RIB - Spouse Case

If the RIB MBA with DRCs exceeds the B MBA or B original rate, but the RIB PIA without DRCs does not exceed the B original rates, suspend the B benefit for technical entitlement.

2. RIB - Widow(er)

    If the RIB MBA with DRCs exceeds the widow(er) MBA, but not the WIB PIA, suspend for technical entitlement.

  • •

    If the RIB MBA with DRCs exceeds both the widow(er) MBA and PIA, terminate widow(er) benefits.
