RS 00615.766 Relationship of Deductions to Maximum Provisions

POLICY

Some deductions are made before reduction for the maximum. Others are made after reduction for the maximum. If a deduction is made before reduction for the maximum, other beneficiaries on the record may receive an increase. See GN 02603.060 for more information.
