If either agency receives earnings or other evidence inconsistent with a certified report or determination and the application involved is still being adjudicated or is otherwise open to correction, a corrected recertification or redetermination may be requested. The agency that made the original certification decides whether to grant this recertification or redetermination. Neither agency may correct or change a certification or a determination of the other agency.
