A resident of the United States or Greece who is employed as a member of the crew
on an aircraft and who would otherwise be covered under the laws of both the United
States and Greece will be covered only by the country where he or she resides. If
the person resides in a third country, he or she will be covered by the country where
the employer is headquartered.
