Procedures

1. Comparisons

Compare allegations to:

  • •

    factors you establish for current eligibility; and

  • •

    information in the FO's file and records, including information in the Supplemental Security Record (SSR) and the Master Earnings File (MEF); and

  • •

    information you obtain following the instructions in DI 12586.090.

2. Analysis

If the comparisons do not reveal either evidence that contradicts the allegations, or indications that the allegations are incorrect, use the allegations and evidence to make determinations. Do not develop or investigate further.
