DI 28001.060 Cases Involving Individuals Convicted of a Felony (Prisoner Cases)

Public Law (P.L.) 96-473 and P.L. 98-21 place restrictions on certain Title II individuals convicted of a felony. We may apply policy in DI 23501.001 if:

  • •

    a continuing disability review (CDR) case has been identified as a prisoner case;

  • •

    during a CDR it is discovered for the first time that an individual is confined; or

  • •

    exclusions in the prisoner provisions may be applicable.
