QAU should return all deficiencies requiring correction to the responsible components. Supervisors ensure that the appropriate corrective action is taken on QAU case returns, and inform the QAU of the final disposition of returned cases.

The DDS Administrator should establish a system for resolving policy-issue differences between QAU, supervisors, and medical consultant staff.
