Upon completion of the SSA-831-U5 determination, the disability examiner will file the folder copy of the SSA-831-U5 on the left side of the folder. The green, pink and blue copies will be dispatched to the appropriate baskets in each section in the Claims Development or Reconsideration Branch. The folder will be sent to a claims adjudicator in CDB or the claims authorizer in the MOD (depending on which technician has DO jurisdiction) for the necessary action on the allowance or denial.
