SI 01320.180 Deeming - Home Energy Assistance and Support and Maintenance Assistance - Policy Principle

Certain home energy assistance and support and maintenance assistance provided under the programs described in SI 00830.605 is excluded from the income of a spouse, essential person, parent, or sponsor of an alien for deeming purposes. This assistance is also excluded when determining the amount of the allocation for an ineligible child or an eligible alien (sponsored by an ineligible spouse or parent).
