HI 00901.145 Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) Card Issuance - Policy

RRB issues health insurance cards (Form G-43) to all qualified railroad beneficiaries.

RRB retains jurisdiction of those cases for card purposes and collection of premiums as long as the individual continues to be a Qualified Railroad Retirement Beneficiary (QRRB) even though the individual may also be entitled to monthly RSI benefits.
