HI 01001.095 Due Date and Grace Period

All premium payments are due by the 25th of the month of billing. The grace period for the quarterly first/initial premium billing notice will end (effective termination date) with the last day of the third month after the month of billing, and the grace period for subsequent premium payments will end on the last day of each subsequent 3-month period.

For monthly billing, the grace period ends the month after the month of billing. (See HI 01001.280 for explanation of the grace period when it falls on a nonworkday.)
