  This booklet describes the reporting provisions and furnishes other information applicable to beneficiaries residing outside the U.S. It pertains to all types of RSDI monthly benefits.

  It is sent to beneficiaries residing outside the 50 States, D.C., Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.

  If the beneficiary has a U.S. address but is about to move outside the U.S, instruct the typist to enclose the SSA Publication No. 05-10137 with the notice.

  The SSA Publication No. 05-10137 has been printed in English and also in 5 bilingual versions. The languages and publication numbers are as follows:
