RM 02528.006 Release Completed Operation 30 Data

1. A. 

   Receive primary and backup tapes completed in the data entry operation and the related tape transmittals.

2. B. 

   Transmit the aforementioned tape(s) in accordance with established procedures.

3. C. 

   Upon successful transmission of an entire block of work:

   1. 1. 

      Complete the control log.

   2. 2. 

      File primary tapes in the tape library.

   3. 3. 

      File the backup tape transmittal.

   4. 4. 

      RTS the backup tape.

4. D. 

   Retain the primary tapes until notified by the Earnings Maintenance, Pension and Privacy Systems Branch that the data have been successfully processed and tapes may be returned to stock.
