Do not resume benefits without evidence showing that the beneficiary meets all of
                  the requirements for eligibility or entitlement. Refer to the specific policy related
                  to entitlement requirements in POMS to determine payment eligibility. Example: For policy related to student entitlement requirements, see RS 00205.400.
               
               When a determination reverses or revises a suspension or termination of benefits do
                  not take a new claim. In these situations, resume benefits for all months from the
                  date of suspense or termination through the period that the beneficiary continues
                  to meet eligibility or entitlement requirements.
