GN 00302.336 Evidence of Survivor Status - Residence in Certain Countries

A. General

If a claimant meets the definition of a Holocaust survivor (see GN 00302.327) and can provide proof that he/she resided in a Nazi controlled country during specified times, this will be sufficient evidence of Holocaust survivor status (see GN 00302.335B).

B. Country and time period

Ask the claimant to provide proof of residence in one of the following countries for the time period noted.
