This subchapter discusses the assembly, jurisdiction and routing of initial and subsequent
claims as well as related claims material. Also included in this subchapter are lists
of the various suffix letters (with subscript as required) that are added to the Social
Security Number (SSN) to identify the type of claim. In addition, mailing addresses
of the processing centers are provided for user convenience.
