  Canada or Canadian - The information being presented applies equally to all of Canada including Quebec; e.g., “Crediting Canadian Coverage,”

  Quebec - The information being presented is applicable only to Quebec,

  Ottawa - The information being presented is applicable to all of Canada except Quebec.
