GN 01722.230 How OIO Controls Requests Sent to the Spanish Agency on Form SSA-2960-U3-SP

Procedure

Prepare a diary when information is requested from the Spanish agencies.

    Diary initial requests and followups for 90 days.

  • •

    Diary a request made by the FSP in Madrid for 90 days from the date the FSP signed form SSA-2960-U3-SP.

  • •

    Forward the folder to IOTS if no response has been received after two followups, i.e., after 9 months.
