GN 01732.310 Finnish Requests for Medical Examinations

OIO will forward whatever medical evidence is in its possession or is submitted by the claimant. OIO will not request medical evidence from other PSC's. If requested, the claimant will have to submit new evidence himself to the Finnish agency. Finland is unlikely to request OIO to arrange for consultative examinations (CE) on their behalf because of the need to reimburse. If you receive a request for a CE, forward the case to IOTS.
