GN 01746.230 Controlling Requests Sent to the Japanese Agencies on Form SSA-2960-J

Procedure

Prepare a diary when information is requested from a Japanese agency:

  • •

    Diary initial requests for 90 days.

  • •

    Diary follow-up requests for 90 days.

  • •

    Forward the folder to your Deputy Module Manager (DMM) or Module Operations Team Leader (MOTL) if no response has been received after two follow-ups; i.e., after 9 months.
