A resident of the United States or Chile who is employed as a member of the flight
crew on an aircraft and who would otherwise be covered under the laws of both countries
will be covered only by the country where the individual resides. A member of the
flight crew who would otherwise be dually covered but does not reside in either country
will be covered only by the country where the employer is headquartered.
