RS 02815.015 Inquiries From the Office of the Regional Commissioner (ORC)

In extreme emergency critical/supersensitive situations, the district office will call the appropriate PC manager for the necessary action. Although the Inquiries Staffs will be responsible for the actual control and processing of the action, they will be relieved of the responsibility of determining the appropriateness of the telephone call.

There will be instances when the ORC will call the Inquiries Staff to followup on a critical case, to resolve differences between DO and PC handling of a case, to assist the DO in an unusual situation, or to request assistance in responding to an inquiry received in the ORC.
