DI 43525.005 Initial Claim - Work Issue Discovered by Disability Examiner

If a work issue is discovered in the course of the foreign disability examiner's (FDE) review or development of the claim, the examiner will forward the file to the CDB SGA specialist or the domestic DO (if applicable) for development, resolution of SGA issues, and an SGA determination.
