If the case is currently pending at any component, the PC should follow current PC
operating procedure for faxing or routing the material to the appropriate component.
That component will associate the material with the paper folder and determine if
material should be scanned or routed for scanning into the EF.
Trailer medical evidence to be filed will be routed to, associated with, and filed
in the official paper folder.
