When questions 29(a), (b), or (c) are "YES," complete 30(a). When the claimant answer 30(a) "YES," complete 30(b). Otherwise, go to question 31.

NOTE: If ANYONE living in the household are relatives of the landlord or the landlord's spouse as a parent or child, rental subsidy may be an issue. For the definition of household, see SI 00835.020. For rental subsidy development, see SI 00835.380.
