   052. RELATIONSHIP—GENERAL

The Social Security Act provides for payment of monthly benefits only to a spouse,
child, dependent grandchild, or dependent parent of a worker. Since you do not meet
one of these relationship requirements, you do not qualify for monthly benefits.

   052.1. RELATIONSHIP—INELIGIBLE HEIRS

The Social Security Act does not provide for the payment of benefits to a   (a)
         (b) of an insured worker. Thus, no monthly benefits are payable to you on
          (c)    's social security record.

Social security benefits are paid in accordance with the provisions of the law. Under
the law, a person's benefit amount is generally based on the worker's average earnings
in work covered by social security. Your present benefit rate is the highest payable
to you based on your average earnings.

We regret that we are unable to help you. However, the law does not provide for benefit
increases because of individual need or other personal circumstances.
