VB 01505.013 Reinstating SVB Entitlement After Voluntary Termination Effectuated

Policy

SVB will be reinstated if the beneficiary continues to meet all of the qualification requirements and:

  • •

    the voluntary termination is cancelled by the filing of a timely appeal on the SVB termination; or

  • •

    SSA reopens or revises the termination determination under the rules of administrative finality (VB 02507.001).
