A. Policy

The responses on the output file must be generated in a specific sequence in order to make it easier to handle the output forms once they have been printed.

B. Process

The following chart explains how the system determines the sequence of the responses on the output file and why the specific sequences is required:

OUTPUT FILE OUTPUT SEQUENCE REASON
PEBS.REQLET and GEYSER English and Spanish Notices, by zipcode To expedite the mailing process by the contractor and the NCC.
PEBS.BALLET
PEBS.WILLET 		The same block number sequence in which the input is keyed. To help the keying facility associate each Form SSA-7005-SM to its corresponding “RT”

GERTEX The same block number sequence in which the input request was keyed To help the keying facility associate the For SSA-7014 to its corresponding “RT” and “SR” request.
