RM 02019.007 Processing Requests for Copies of Program-Related Employer Report Received with Payment – (DERO)

The Division of Earnings Records Operations may receive money or money equivalents for information, material, or services for which there is no charge.

Follow the instructions below to handle requests for program related employer reports with payment.

    Verify the payment applies to the request being processed

  • •

    Verify the payment does not cover special additional handling (e.g., special delivery or registered mail is not required, etc.)

  • •

    Prepare and release a refund notice in accordance with RM 01473.003C.

  • •

    Annotate Remarks screen in the Management Information Control Earnings System (MICES) “refund notice prepared”

  • •

    Follow the instructions in RM 02019.009A.2. for releasing requested information
