RM 02032.005 Receipt and Control of the Duplicate Earnings Alerts in OEIO

The Office of Central Operations (OCO), Center for Automation, Security and Integrity (CASI), receives a weekly electronic file from the Office of Earnings Enumeration and Administrative System (OEEAS). CIT loads the file into the Apparent Possible Duplicate Earnings Alert (APDA) web application. APDA is a tool designed to display alert information about earnings sent to the Social Security Administration (SSA) from employers.

The Division of Earnings and Business Services (DEBS) assigns and releases batches to technicians using the APDA. The Electronic Control Workload System (ECWS) captures the management information (MI) for alerts.
