This alert generates when the W-2c pertains to non-covered earnings posted to the Non-Covered portions of the Master Earnings File (MEF). This alert should not generate for a manual review because it is refers to non-covered earnings information. If there are any changes in the future, the Office of Central Operations’ (OCO) Division of Training and Program Support’s analyst staff will provide specific instructions on processing.
