RM 02528.001 General Background

“Operation 30” is a sight comparison routine, using Four-Phase equipment, that displays both Suspense File and Numident File information. The purpose of this operation is to help reduce the size of the Suspense File by applying reinstatement rules that cannot be applied electronically, to incorrectly reported wage items. It is being applied to one year at a time, the first selection being from 1981.
